After visiting houses, Kathy got our offer in the day after we made our decision. She also knows all the key people you will need during the process (inspectors, law group, attorney, home owner's insurance brokers, etc.). We recommend Kathy to be your Buyer Agent!

I would have given Kathy and Patrick 10 stars, but I was capped at only 5 ! We were house hunting for a home in Northern Vermont from across the country (in our present home in CA). This may have presented challenges for mere mortals, but Kathy was "on it" with excellent communication via email, texts and when the opportunity arose, FaceTime video tours of houses. When Kathy felt it was worth it for us to fly out from CA to view in person, we heeded her expert advice and did so. Unfortunately, due to the market conditions and our "must-have list", we were searching for the right house/property for almost two years. Kathy never gave up on us and it finally paid off. We purchased our new VT home January 2025. I must mention that this sale was more difficult than most others since the seller did not have a listing agent (FSBO). Kathy probably spent triple the amount of time and effort that a house purchase would normally have taken if there had been a listing agent. If you can't tell already, we couldn't recommend Kathy (and Patrick, the other half of the team) more highly.
